On Thursday, October 5, from 5-7pm, Meadow View Memory Support at Garden Spot Village will host an Open House. At 6-6:30pm and again at 6:30pm-7pm, a Benefits of Memory Support Session will be provided to educate people with a dementia diagnosis and their family members.

Special Guest Connie Metzler, MSN, RN, program coordinator and nurse case manager at LG Penn Medicine Health Physicians Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Program, will present.

Metzler has served LG Health for more than 30 years as a hospital nurse and nursing instructor at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.

Attendees will learn how to assist and build relationships with family and community members living with dementia. You will have an opportunity to tour Meadow View and enjoy light refreshments.
