Garden Spot Village offers a care partners in community group for family care partners of persons with dementia or Alzheimer’s, which will meet on Monday, April 14 at 10am in the Concord Room at Garden Spot Village.

Connie Metzler, program coordinator and nurse case manager for the Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Program at Lancaster General Health Penn Medicine will present, “What to Expect at an Appointment and Beyond.”
